Pregame

Pregame is a call-prep assistant for a bank advisor, with a harness that keeps its own memory honest. Advisors stop trusting AI assistants within months because the client file rots: a label from one bad day becomes the client's identity, what the client said years ago is never checked against what the feed shows him doing, and an approved disclosure gets rephrased into a promise the advisor can't make. Pregame polices what gets written: every judgement about a person carries a date, a source and an expiry; client activity is checked against the file and contradictions become questions for the call; approved language is locked and copied or refused, never rewritten; every mark cites the note or event behind it. The harness improves itself (Statement One): an improver proposes one versioned change, a frozen oracle scores it on held-out clients, code decides, loosening changes wait for a person, and one Atlas transaction commits with a hash-chained ledger. To test it over a long horizon (Statement Two) we built a simulator of file rot, three writers with fixed habits and an answer key from hidden truth: 20 clients, 957 claims, 119 faults, two clean controls. All state lives in MongoDB Atlas. Everything was built today; clients and markets are simulated; no client touches it and it never says what to buy.
