A harness that teaches itself what context to show Jev, TypeSafe's fast decision model, proves the result on a storm it never saw, and can't cheat because MongoDB locks the answers away. It optimizes context: not prompts, not weights. The use-case we demo with the harness is the storm triage, first-response and resource prioritization for dense cities like NYC, Miami etc.
