ClinTrial plans that evidence check, retrieves the right documents, scores evidence quality, and produces a clear decision boundary: automate the clean line, ask finance to confirm, send it to manual review, or raise a policy/contract gap. The problem is real and expensive: clinical trial sites can wait up to 180 days from service to compensation, delayed payments can stretch from 6 months to a year, and some contracts hold back up to 20% of visit-related payments until study closeout — all while many teams still rely on emails, spreadsheets, and manual document checks.
