Evidentia is a persona-aware documentation agent that turns static enterprise documentation into role-specific workflows, cited recommendations, risk alerts, dashboards, and exportable PDF playbooks. Enterprise teams rely on hundreds of pages of policies, support runbooks, compliance rules, API references, onboarding guides, and technical documentation. The problem is that these documents are generic and hard to apply to each person’s actual role. A support agent, a sales engineer, a compliance officer, and a field technician should not receive the same guidance. Evidentia solves this by letting users select a document corpus, choose a market, and pick a persona or custom role. The app then runs a deterministic multi-agent pipeline: it ingests documents, models the selected persona, retrieves relevant evidence, identifies risks, binds citations, computes metrics, and generates a final report. The result is an actionable dashboard showing what to do, why it matters, what risks to avoid, and which source proves each recommendation. With one click, the report becomes a clean PDF playbook that can be shared with a team, manager, or customer.
