What if you never had to fill out a form again? Administrative paperwork is a slow and very redundant process. We aim to solve that by building a digital twin of person, a persona, orchestrated by Gemini agents, that constantly updates and holds your information in a persistent memory embedded through a graph approach. Your twin will read and understand your documents, and fill them for you with Computer Use. When an information is not present in the memory, your twin detects it, and takes care of it personally by either sending you a message, asking you to fill up this empty part of its memory or by calling you directly asking you for the missing part. And if you don't speak the form's language, it translates live, and speaks yours. Every user's answer will flow back into the graph memory, such that next time you have a 10 page document to fill, the whole fill up process will take a few seconds, with just one click. In another use case, one operator will be able to manage multiple twins at once, switching between them, filling forms on each person's behalf. An HR manager will be able to handle a hundred employee files from a single dashboard and monitor the agent. Our agent can, with one click, chase the missing administrative documents: it looks back at its memory, and if the missing part isn't there, it handles it itself , by either calling or sending a message to each related person, storing the new information in the twins, and updating the files automatically. The HR manager will just have to watch the files complete themselves, and take care of more important matter.
