OwnerOrbit gives restaurant owners one place to delegate work, track business goals, and receive proof that actions were completed, starting with a simple message. Restaurant operations are spread across ordering platforms, menus, websites, and staff conversations. Even a small request can require an owner to open several applications and manually check the result. Longer-term goals lose continuity between those daily interruptions. OwnerOrbit connects immediate operational requests with persistent business objectives. For a request like “Mark chicken nuggets out of stock,” the workflow identifies the sender, checks their permissions, retrieves restaurant context, selects a reusable skill, and executes the change. It then independently re-reads the external system before reporting success and saves the result with supporting evidence. Our prototype targets this workflow in an Orders.co-style mock sandbox. MongoDB Atlas provides the persistent business context: restaurant state, permissions, objectives, approvals, skills, and action history. The same architecture is designed to support longer-term goals such as “Grow catering revenue to $15,000 per month.” Each proposed intervention stays connected to its objective, approval, execution evidence, and measured outcome, allowing a later session to resume from the business’s recorded state. Our improvement loop uses execution traces and verification results to identify weaknesses in reusable skills. Proposed changes are evaluated and reviewed before becoming a new skill version. The central idea is accountable delegation: give the agent a goal, preserve context across sessions, and require evidence before calling the work complete.
