Procurator is a project-manager agent that holds the mandate for an autonomous engineering mesh — you phone it, give a directive, hang up, and its team of agents decomposes, builds, and QA-gates the work headlessly, then calls you back when the sprint ships. MongoDB Atlas is the entire nervous system: change streams as the message bus, atomic claims as the scheduler, vector-searched tiered memory, $graphLookup provenance, and a time-series token ledger. Every claim is machine-verified — a hidden pytest suite grades each merge (25/25 from a single phone call, zero rejections, ~40k tokens), and the harness tunes its own spending and rewrites its agents' instructions from those hard metrics.
