Rainy Day Fund — Demo video

We built **Make It Rain**, an AI support agent designed to improve how it handles troubleshooting problems over time. MongoDB Atlas is the authoritative database for tickets, support history, agent operating procedures, evaluations, policy decisions, and recovery records. We used the **official hackathon-provided MongoDB Atlas sandbox**, specifically Cluster0 (M10), and created a new, isolated application database called `rainy_day_fund_sftw26`. We imported and verified **4,000 synthetic multilingual support tickets** and created 12 controlled testing scenarios covering technical failures, accessibility, escalation, and privacy. We also persisted agent version records, evaluation runs, admission/rejection decisions, and recovery receipts. This allows us to evaluate changes against consistent tests and preserve evidence of what the system actually did. Our goal is to use Atlas not simply as a knowledge database, but as persistent infrastructure for accountable, recoverable AI improvement. End-to-end voice-to-database automation remains under validation.
