59.4 — Demo video

59.4 is a self-improving harness: a frozen AI (Qwen3-30B, never retrained) runs a locked Texas winter-grid simulator, and each night a Claude coach rewrites its operating notebook (rules, guardrails, context, tool access). Every edit is tested before it's kept (cheats rejected), and every two nights the coach A/B-tests a rewrite of its own coaching. Result, same model: unseen storms passed went 0/8 → 8/8 at best (final 6/8), with 93% fewer homes dark; on the real 2021 storm it never collapsed and cut darkness by 89%. MongoDB Atlas stores every version, idea and test, and locks the AI out of the exam vault. Raindrop traces every AI decision and feeds its flags to the coach. Live demo: break the grid, compare notebooks side by side in 3D.
