Aegis — Demo video

Aegis is a governance harness for AI agents — the harness is the product. Every tool call passes through a policy gate (allow / deny / approval queue); every verdict lands in a hash-chained audit log backed by MongoDB Atlas. Role-based authorization means the same request yields different outcomes for different agents. The system self-evolves: denied episodes are distilled into governed memory, which proposes policy mutations — but a frozen, hash-locked evaluator holds veto power, so the system improves without drifting. This is Statement 1, Recursive Harnessing: the harness watches the agent, the evaluator watches the harness. Live demo: a Claude-powered planner completes a real production task (real files, real SQLite) under the gate, scripted red-team attacks are blocked deterministically, and the agent debriefs its own run from live audit events.
