AGI Factory is a robot maintenance team that rewrites itself and keeps a change only when unseen factory months prove it better and safer. It runs a real 14.2M-splat plant-room scan as a six-month digital twin with robot arms, a rover, cameras and sensors. Nemotron 3 Super proposes edits to the team's roles, playbooks and tools. Super VL turns camera findings into work orders and verifies each fix. Lightning pilots the robots. A paired gate on unseen runs keeps an edit only if it scores higher with zero added unsafe actions. Held-out exam: score 66.5 → 92.8, unsafe actions 21 → 0. The team even rejected its own "fast-track" shortcut because it made robots less safe.
