CareBot Carebot is an AI powered Care Coordinator. This is used when you get out of the hospital but you are not assinged a human care coordinator. It will take your care plan from your discharge papers - even a photo - and parse it into goals and tasks. It will then let you add other members to your personal care team, like a spouse, and give them roles. It will then handle the daily reminders to take medicines, schedule appointments for you, etc. If you need help, it will escalate to your care team as appropriate. It does not provide any medical advice, and will redirect any medical question to a professional.
