Rosefield is a multi-agent reasoning layer that prepares a luxury hotel for each guest before the guest ever asks for anything. From three explicit inputs — date of birth, place of origin, and a single sentence of intent — eight specialized agents (Conversation, Intake, Profile Hub, Property Experience Hub, Cultural Reasoning, Composition, Action Routing, Memory) collaborate to turn cultural and emotional context into concrete, routed staff actions. **The product**. One Cultural Resonance substrate, three asymmetric surfaces: - Guest Companion — a restraint-tuned conversational thread (text + voice) that runs from booking inquiry to ~2 weeks post-stay, extracting intent through dialogue rather than forms. - Operations Theater — the same agent reasoning made fully visible to staff, with every cultural inference traced to a concrete action routed to concierge, restaurant, spa, housekeeping, valet, kitchen, or garden. - Operator Portal — a simulation environment where synthetic guest cohorts walk a property's calendar to surface experience gaps before opening day. The demo is a split-screen Companion + Theater across four scenarios (pre-arrival anniversary, mid-stay weather pivot, emotional pivot, cross-cultural flash). Guest sees ~10% of the reasoning; staff sees ~100%. That asymmetry is the architectural feature.
