redthread.boutique — Demo video

Red Thread — the agentic operating system for luxury hospitality Sonia Cheng calls "A Sense of Place" the red thread that runs through every Rosewood. We built it — an agentic OS that threads guest, property, and place across the entire stay, with the guest holding the dial. Live at app.redthread.boutique. Type a reservation. Watch nine steps of real Claude work stream into the dashboard: CRM, web research on LinkedIn / X / press (gated by Hold the Thread), an AviationStack flight call, then three Haiku reasoning passes on luggage / customs / transit composing the porte cochère ETA. A full Claude Opus + Haiku Discretion pass produces the brief — bio, conversation hooks, handle-with-care, room state, welcome amenity, itinerary — each line citing where it came from. Click Agent handoff and you'll watch a real two-machine A2A conversation: Threadkeeper (Rosewood-side, on Vercel) negotiates with elias (the founder's personal AI assistant, running on a Mac Mini in his house, exposed via a Cloudflare tunnel at elias.redthread.boutique). Real Claude on each side, structured manifest extracted, dashboard rerenders with the negotiated preferences. The protocol manifest is published at /.well-known/agent.json — anyone can post. Three Rosewood problem statements, one continuous thread: - Hyper-Personalized Arrival Orchestration → real-time research + ETA + room/amenity/itinerary commits - Invisible Concierge → the Discretion Layer is a separate, auditable Claude pass; Hold the Thread (0–10) is set by the guest and gates what we even collect - Memory Engine → cross-property dossier, six-phase live thread runs Pre-arrival → Arrive → Check-in → Stay → Checkout → Post-stay
