Click Agent handoff and you'll watch a real two-machine A2A conversation: Threadkeeper (Rosewood-side, on Vercel) negotiates with elias (the founder's personal AI assistant, running on a Mac Mini in his house, exposed via a Cloudflare tunnel at elias.redthread.boutique). Real Claude on each side, structured manifest extracted, dashboard rerenders with the negotiated preferences. The protocol manifest is published at /.well-known/agent.json — anyone can post.
