Mise en Place is the institutional-memory layer for luxury hospitality. When a returning guest is detected at arrival, the staff member's earpiece whispers a role-aware briefing in under a second wines remembered, sensitivities held, complaints averted. The sommelier hears different facts than the GM; a do-not-mention list is honored as a dignity-preserving redaction. Built on Claude for longitudinal multi-source synthesis (PMS, POS, housekeeping logs, incident reports across years and properties) and ElevenLabs for sub-second whisper voice. The wedge: we serve STAFF, not guests directly staff augmentation is the only AI narrative ultra-luxury brands accept. Three textured returning-guest scenarios ship in the demo. Front-of-house turnover in luxury hospitality runs 73% a year; this is the OS layer that finally lets a hotel remember.
