Living Memory is an AI operating system concept for luxury hospitality that makes hotel staff superhuman without the guest ever seeing a screen. Rather than building yet another guest-facing chatbot, Living Memory inverts the model: a multi-agent system captures ephemeral staff observations during a stay, synthesizes them with flight data and Rosewood's hyper-local PlaceMaker cultural network into a living cross-property guest memory graph, then surfaces hand-delivered moments back through butlers, maître d's, and night managers. The guest never interacts with AI directly, but rather they just feel known wherever they go across Rosewood properties worldwide. Due to integration challenges during the hackathon, we were unable to complete a working MVP, but the full system architecture, agent design, data schema, and PlaceMaker inventory are documented in the repository.
