Letter Heads

The Rosewood Letter is a multi-agent AI pipeline that runs silently overnight and produces a single, deeply personalized document delivered physically under the guest's door at 6AM and digitally via email with a link to their private guest page. It reasons about why a guest is there: an Intent Agent produces a visit worldview that governs every decision downstream. A World Agent pulls hyperlocal conditions, a Rhythm Agent designs the emotional arc of the day, a Discovery Agent surfaces one non-obvious local find, and a Temporal Resonance Layer finds a quietly uncanny coincidence in the calendar. The letter arrives scented, typeset, and human. When the guest scans the QR code, they reach a clean, no-navigation personal page styled to their visit mood restoration, milestone, celebration, or event. It streams their ElevenLabs voice note automatically, renders an interactive crossword where every answer is a hidden recommendation, shows a suggested nearby location with live distance and travel time, and presents a one-tap reservation panel. From there, guests select itinerary items from the letter dining notes, spa arrangements, evening plans and confirm with a single button. A confirmation lands in their inbox via SendGrid. The AI disappears. The morning remains.
