Rose is a personal assistant for Rosewood properties, designed to be experienced on screens around the property including the guests room. The app centers on a calm, pulsating orb that guests can speak to naturally, with subtle visual states for listening, thinking, and responding. The goal is to make hotel assistance feel immediate, elegant, and ambient rather than like a conventional chat interface. The agent behind the assistant has memory, that can be further enhanced by forwarding email to its inbox, from both the guests and staff.
