TOSCO

TOSCO is a clearance layer for AI-driven financial actions. It solves the problem of AI payment agents being tricked by prompt-injected invoices, forged bank-change documents, or internally consistent fake paperwork. In TOSCO, the AI agent can only propose a payment. The system independently verifies evidence, extracts structured fields, runs deterministic clearance gates, creates a verifiable Proof Packet, appends the decision to a SHA-256 hash ledger, and issues an execution token only when the payment is safe. A Mock Bank executes only if the clearance token is valid. The demo shows three cases: a clean vendor payment that is allowed, a prompt-injection attack that is blocked, and a forged bank-change case that is frozen by reality checks. The impact is simple: agents propose, but money cannot move until deterministic proof clears the action.
