Runbook Recursion: an MSP operations agent that rewrites its own runbooks from verified outcomes. MSPs fix the same problems across dozens of clients, but each client’s environment has quirks that break generic fixes. Our agent remembers every incident, fix, and client environment in MongoDB Atlas, and uses Voyage AI embeddings with Atlas Vector Search to recall how similar issues were resolved across weeks of history. Every fix is checked against a deterministic success signal, so success means the problem actually cleared. When a runbook’s verified success rate drops, Claude proposes a new version with a technician-facing explanation. The agent replays the failed incidents to prove the improvement, then records the revision atomically with a full audit trail. ElevenLabs reads a spoken briefing of each revision for techs working hands-free in the field. Security comes first. Tenant isolation is enforced at the database layer: every vector search is pre-filtered by tenant, a cross-tenant test proves zero leakage, and sensitive client fields use Queryable Encryption. Built for the Recursive Harnessing track: a harness that evolves its own rules from hard metric signals rather than starting from zero.
