Oops, We Evolved!

Oops, We Evolved! is an agent harness recovery prototype. When a tool fails, it captures failure evidence, proposes a configuration repair, tests that repair against the task’s requirements, and persists only approved changes. An interactive 3D simulation replays the actual execution. A corrupt-fallback experiment demonstrates that a successful tool call can still produce an incorrect answer—and must be rejected.
