3pt (Three Point Harness)

3PT (Three Point Harness) is a self-improving harness for general contractors, built for Problem Statement One, Recursive Harnessing. Supers, PMs and project engineers take photos and use the app. The harness learns how each role works, builds the next feature, ships it and scores it. A version that does worse rolls back. Plan, Build, Instrument run on a frozen policy (rules, context policy, tool grants); only the improver writes a new one, and only from what Instrument found, so each version has a reason you can read. Every version is a checkpoint in MongoDB Atlas Sandbox Cluster0, and any checkpoint comes back. The workload is openly licensed construction photos and 20 real NYC building records; the firm is simulated. Every line written today.
