Snow Trouble

Sentinel turns business commitments into accountable action. CEOs and CFOs told us promises slip in chat and client requests stall in executives’ inboxes, so we built an agent that catches them. Built with Anthropic’s Claude and Snowflake Cortex Agents, Sentinel identifies promises buried in company messages, flags overdue follow-through and financial exposure, and routes client requests to the right owner while keeping leadership informed. It runs entirely inside one Snowflake account, answering only from governed data under each role’s policies. In our demo, Claude found 204 of 204 commitments in 451 messages, turned a live Discord promise into tracked work in 34 seconds, and surfaced $97,500 overdue with every owner named. Sentinel is a Snowflake Native App that any company can install on its own governed data today.
