Nova — Demo video

Nova Nova is an assistant that gets a tech lead manager's day straight before it starts. Hanah manages the Workflows team at OptimaFlow, a fictional 33-person startup, and she built Nova for herself. All data is synthetic. The problem A business is only as good as the processes that run it, and those processes were built for a slower team. AI made the team's output fast: code, specs and documents now appear in hours. The part where people agree did not get faster. It still runs on threads, invites and shared folders, and it is now the bottleneck. A tech lead manager's job has become mostly that coordination: decisions live across eight tools, each sure of itself while the set disagrees. Nobody lies. Things fall through the gaps between tools, and the cost shows up three ways: * The wrong thing ships. A customer is quoted $59 while the code charges $49. Two sheets called "final" went out the same day. * People burn out while leaders keep saying "we're close." The ones who flagged the risk two weeks ago are tired of being right in the notes. * The manager works harder and finishes less, because her day is spent reading eight tools. What Nova does All eight exports land in Snowflake. One Cortex Agent on Claude searches every message and document and queries tickets, calendars and permissions. Claude extracts every price claim into a table, and a GROUP BY over it is the contradiction list. Each morning Hanah gets four things: 1. What needs her today 2. Where people disagree without knowing it 3. Who can resolve it 4. A draft reply to each person waiting on her, in her voice What it never does It never picks a price, never grades a person, never posts, never gives health advice. It shows gaps, owners and evidence. Hanah decides.
