Startups need a fast, low-effort way to onboard and ramp up large numbers of new hires without draining team resources. We delivered an onboarding RPG game where new hires explore a virtual office, talk to teammates, and gather project clues. Players must complete an MVP build by the 5 PM deadline, utilizing smart conversations and AI tools to succeed. The game turns real onboarding steps into an engaging, time-boxed challenge that’s fun and measurable.
