Uses gpt-5 and gpt-5-codex to find and refine unstructured renal dosing guidelines into python encoded clinical rules that then are served at the point of prescribing via HL7 compliant cds-services. There are between 250,000 and 300,000 deaths per year in the US due to Adverse Drug Events. This is a small step towards fixing that.
