TaskStream is a voice-driven project management app for iOS that acts as an intelligent personal assistant for busy professionals juggling multiple projects. Instead of manually sorting through emails, calendars, and task lists across different tools, users simply open the app and ask for a "board update" — the AI scans their Gmail inbox, Google Calendar, and Drive, then synthesizes everything into a prioritized summary with actionable suggestions like creating projects, assigning tasks, or scheduling meetings. It solves the daily overhead of context-switching and information triage: rather than spending 30 minutes each morning reading emails and updating spreadsheets, the app reads everything for you, figures out what matters, and lets you approve actions with a single tap.
