Recursive Agent Chemist

A team of agents that invent novel candidate drug molecules for curing a user-specified disease. You can just give the team a disease name and walk away. It researches the biology, picks a protein target, writes its own definition of done before proceeding, and then 3 agents designs candidate molecules, tests them in a 3 dimensional physics docking simulation, and a verifier agent decides whether to continue tuning molecules, re-plan, or stop. The team gets better at the whole process with every disease it works on using a shared notebook to keep track of lessons learnt.
