CORE GENESIS — Demo video

CORE GENESIS - The AI-Native Company That Builds, Tests, and Evolves Itself What if a company could autonomously research, build products, test its own work, and continuously improve the way it operates? Meet CORE GENESIS, an AI-native organization built at the Recursive Agents Hackathon for the Version N+1 challenge. Our vision connects two ambitious projects: CORE is the future human–AI civilization we are building: a participatory world where people and artificial intelligence collaborate to solve real-world problems. GENESIS is the autonomous AI company responsible for bringing CORE to life. Instead of a traditional chatbot or a dashboard displaying simulated activity, GENESIS coordinates specialized AI agents across research, engineering, operations, product testing, resource planning, and organizational evolution. Each agent contributes to a shared mission, hands work to other departments, and produces traceable results. What We Actually Built In our verified end-to-end demonstration, GENESIS: Researches: Analyzes the existing CORE codebase and identifies actionable development priorities. Builds: Produces CORE Local Solutions, a functioning software prototype, with 7/7 application tests passing. Tests: Runs 200 AI-simulated product evaluations across CORE and GENESIS, alongside 8/8 real automated browser scenarios. Evolves: Improves a citation-verification policy from 4/6 to 6/6 on independent held-out tests, promoting the successful version. Self-corrects: Rejects a subsequent organizational-policy mutation when it fails to demonstrate further improvement. Governs: Prepares deliverables and integration proposals for CEO approval, without making unauthorized changes to the original CORE project. Why This Matters The breakthrough we are exploring is not simply getting multiple AI agents to collaborate. It is creating an organization that can measure its own performance, experiment with better ways of working, retain verified improvements, and reject unsuccessful changes. GENESIS makes this process visible through an interactive 3D company campus, where specialized agents move between departments as recorded work progresses. Visitors can follow the complete mission, inspect the evidence, explore the delivered prototype, and understand how the organization improves. Powered by Crusoe Managed Inference and NVIDIA Nemotron, the system uses real model inference, bounded execution, reproducible evidence, and human oversight. The current implementation is a working hackathon prototype, not yet a fully autonomous production company. Its 200 product perspectives are AI-simulated evaluations rather than human beta testers, and integration into CORE remains subject to approval. Our long-term ambition: build an AI-native company capable of developing and continuously improving the infrastructure of an entire human–AI civilization.
