BioStack.Dev is an AI-native integrated development environment for synthetic biology. It lets researchers design genetic circuits using a purpose-built YAML language (Bio-DSL), simulate their behavior with deterministic, stochastic, and metabolic solvers, analyze sequences with 20+ molecular biology tools, and collaborate in real-time — all from the browser. We have an autonomous agent that can plan and execute multi-step bioengineering workflows (design → simulate → optimize → validate) end-to-end, with an always-available copilot with access to 22+ specialized tools including CRISPR guide design, codon optimization, BLAST search, and assembly planning. The platform replaces a fragmented stack of 4-5 expensive tools (SnapGene, MATLAB, Benchling, manual BLAST) with a powerful cursor like credit-based product.
