Harish Kandala — Demo video

flowrite is a desktop markdown editor built for working with AI agents. It connects to any agent that supports the Agent Client Protocol — Claude Code, OpenCode, Codex, Gemini CLI, or custom agents — and lets them collaborate with you directly inside the editor. Today, using AI agents with documents is a disjointed experience. You write in one app, switch to a terminal to prompt an agent, copy its output, paste it back, and manually review the changes. Context gets lost, your flow breaks, and the overhead of managing the back-and-forth often outweighs the help. flowrite eliminates that friction. Agents can read your files, chat with you in a side panel, leave inline comments on specific passages, and make edits in place. You can review their suggestions, reply to their comments, and resolve feedback — all without leaving the editor. Comments are persisted as standard W3C annotations in the document's frontmatter, so they survive across sessions and tools.
