Creating a non-coding tool for bioinformatics is challenging, especially if you target specific users in biotech & pharma. Scraping through LinkedIn is difficult (anti-agent wall) and manually is tedious. Where do I find these beginners..? I find them where they get frustrated with bioinformatics tools out there! On github writing Issues while crying silently. I created an agentic system which allows you to set github repositories (for bioinformatics tools), the agent scrapes through the issues using browser-use to identify 'beginners' based on language and github profile. It then gets contact information (linkedin needs more work) like email. The system then gets as much information as possible from the person and their issue and generates a personalized message like: Subject: hei! saw your scanpy issue - maybe omics-os can help? 🧬 To acknowledge their struggle and offer them peace. This is done via agentmail
