Over $1.5 trillion of global manufacturing runs on stripped PLC binaries where the source code is lost, costing factories $50,000 per minute in downtime when hardware degrades. LAZARUS-TWIN is an autonomous software archaeology and self-evolving digital twin platform. It reverse-engineers stripped binaries using morluto/rea and 30-step FFI bisection, procedurally reconstructs 3D DIN-rail PLC wiring topologies, proves 100% behavioral equivalence, and automatically heals broken physical hardware by evolving control skills in Git, validating candidates across sealed held-out physics worlds, rolling back regressions, and enforcing safety via an air-papped verifier. using meta muse we reconstruct the binaries
