This hackathon isn’t simply a one-day sprint; it’s an accelerator for your idea. Finalists will showcase their projects live at MongoDB.local San Francisco on January 15th. To be eligible for final judging and prizes, at least one team member must attend MongoDB.local in person and promote their project in “The Valley” during open community voting hours, and demo on stage if selected as a top three finalist. All finalists will receive a free ticket to the event.

Coinbase x402 – Monetized Vector Context : Coinbase is joining MongoDB in this hackathon to introduce a commercialized agent track. This Coinbase track focuses on AI agents that not only reason, but also discover and pay for web resources, APIs, and consumer goods through the x402 protocol.
