Human OS is a 3D cognitive and somatic mapping application that visualizes the human mind-body connection. It translates user inputs (thoughts, behaviors, physiological states, and task performances) into a structured knowledge graph, mapped directly onto an interactive 3D brain and body model. The Problem it Solves: Traditional mental wellness and "brain training" apps treat the mind as an isolated entity, ignoring the complex feedback loop between physical sensations and cognitive functions. Human OS bridges this gap. By identifying how specific physical states trigger mental loops (e.g., how chest tension correlates to an amygdala response and loss of executive function), it provides users with personalized, body-to-mind training protocols to rewire their cognitive architecture for peak performance.
