ShiftOps

ShiftOps is a facility operations platform built for Vultr’s Agent Arena Challenge. It runs on a Vultr virtual machine, which powers the public web app, workflow engine, CPU-based robot simulation, and database. When equipment triggers an alert, a Unitree G1 navigates a simulated facility using a learned walking gait and MuJoCo physics. ShiftOps records simulated inspection readings, checks inventory, and prepares a maintenance proposal for human review. Approval creates a work order and reserves available parts together; when a part is out of stock, ShiftOps creates a purchase request without placing a real order. Operators can pause or resume inspections, review evidence, replay recorded robot motion, and follow each decision in an audit trail. The sandbox keeps robot movement, equipment readings, and maintenance actions simulated, with isolated workspaces for reviewers
