HQ

HQ is a 3D virtual headquarters where AI teammates live, work, and join your Google Meet calls — like managing a real office, not clicking through another SaaS dashboard. The problem: Remote teams use AI in silos — chatbots in one tab, Meet in another, agents with no shared context. There’s no intuitive way to see who’s available, deploy an agent into a live meeting, or coordinate multiple specialists in one session. Our solution: We built an interactive 3D HQ (React Three Fiber) with departments, floors, and meeting rooms. Click an agent or enter a room, hit Start Agent, and a dedicated worker joins Google Meet via Playwright — listening and speaking through a speech pipeline powered by Gradium STT/TTS. Angie orchestrates the call and delegates to specialist subagents (Nikki for sales, Olaf for computer-use) via wake words and the Cursor Cloud Agents API. What we built: - Immersive 3D HQ with department zones, agent avatars, KPI/token/Jira ops bar, and in-scene meeting room deploy panels. - End-to-end Meet flow: UI → FastAPI backend → WebSocket worker → Chrome → virtual audio loop. - Multi-agent routing with meeting-router skills and Cursor agent SKILL.md files. - Standby mode for demos without live API keys.
