Masmo is an autonomous investigation agent that turns hours of manual, cross-platform enterprise incident response into a 30-second operations brief. The Problem: When critical software releases or server infrastructure fail, operations teams waste hours manually searching through Slack threads, Jira tickets, and server logs. Existing AI tools function merely as conversational chatbots that require constant hand-holding and lack structural context. The Solution: Masmo shifts the paradigm from chatting to assigning a mission. When asked a high-level question like "Why is Project Phoenix delayed?", Masmo autonomously plans an investigation, queries integrated project platforms simultaneously, and maps dependencies onto an interactive Knowledge Graph to immediately expose hidden infrastructure bottlenecks. Technology Stack: Built with React, Vite, and Tailwind CSS. The real-time agent planning and graph generation are powered by Vultr's high-performance inference, and the executive voice summaries are synthesized using the Gradium voice API.
