OpsAgents Autopilot — the autonomous engineering department. Autopilot drains a dev team's Trello board unattended: reads tickets → writes code → opens PRs → walks the 7-stage delivery flow (Code Review → Staging → QA → Prod) behind a hard merge-gate, with per-board cadence, a $/day cost circuit-breaker, and SOSA observability (run-ledger + verify-gate evidence on every card). It is not a copilot — it is the whole loop. Google track: every production reasoning call runs on Gemini via Vertex AI; the platform is Google Cloud end-to-end (Cloud Run, Firebase Hosting/Auth/Firestore, Secret Manager, Artifact Registry, keyless WIF CI/CD). OpsAgents is a Google for Startups company. Real today: live on 5 internal boards + 1 external NDA'd design-partner tenant, producing real merged PRs daily. Hackathon-window build (Track C): containerized the runner (Cloud Build image) + cloud-native state — Firestore run-ledger & distributed mutex + Secret Manager creds — merged with 147 green tests, moving the runner from a single Mac to a Cloud Run Job.
