SLA Sentinel is an enterprise agent that investigates vendor SLA breaches. Click one button — the agent runs 8 tools: Vultr LLM extracts the incident and drafts a memo, while deterministic TypeScript tools retrieve the contract, calculate downtime, check thresholds, compute penalties, and collect evidence. Every verdict cites specific contract clauses and ticket timestamps. The LLM never touches money.
