Enterprise Product Managers can't upload client briefs to ChatGPT — NDAs, budgets, and real names make it a policy violation, so turning a messy RFP into an execution-ready spec still takes hours of manual work. Agent Flux is our answer to that: a reference implementation of an original agile methodology we're proposing for teams where AI agents execute and humans supervise, built around a Flux Cycle that keeps privacy and human judgment at its center — sensitive data is pseudonymized on-device before anything leaves the machine, a plan is approved before any tool runs, and two independently configured NVIDIA Nemotron models on Vultr Serverless Inference split the work: one executes, and a genuinely different one critiques it against a machine-checkable contract before a human ever sees the draft.
