**Piggybank** is a real-time monitor that detects stress in pigs before it costs the farmer. A fast vision model checks an overhead camera every second to see if the pigs are grouping — their response to stress — while sensors track temperature and humidity. A larger model fuses the two and alerts only when the pigs cluster under bad conditions, in plain language a farmer can act on. It's cheap, fast, and runs right at the farm — tackling a problem that costs the pork industry nearly a billion dollars a year.
