The Intake Agent chats with the customer and creates a ticket in Snowflake. The Diagnosis Agent searches KB articles and bug patterns, scores 73% confidence, and routes to code review. The Code Analyst finds the exact bug in firmware source code and creates a real GitHub Pull Request with the fix. The Resolver tracks SLA, notifies the customer, and closes the ticket.
