HardlyWorking is a platform that lets anyone define, test, and deploy AI-powered agents that convert unstructured data (emails, documents, messages) into structured database records. Users visually design extraction schemas through a conversational interface powered by Google Gemini, backtest them against real samples, and deploy production agents that listen on a dedicated email endpoint and persist extracted data to Supabase. The core insight: most teams sit on valuable unstructured data (RFQs, invoices, support tickets, partner communications) but lack the engineering resources to build extraction pipelines. HardlyWorking collapses that process from weeks of development into a single interactive session.
