DeepDiligence is a multi-agent VC due-diligence assistant. It ingests a startup’s PDF deck, website, GitHub, and YouTube demo, then runs four Gemini 3.1-powered agents: ingestion, tech audit, market audit, and GP synthesizer. The system streams its reasoning via SSE (“thinking mode”), produces Mermaid and PlantUML architecture visuals, and returns a structured Google AI Fund Fit Score plus GO/WATCH/NO GO verdict with defensibility, AI integration, market size, traction, and ethics checks.
