Homey

This project, "homey," is an AI-powered property marketplace designed for ultimate personalization. It moves beyond standard search filters by using a Reinforcement Learning (RL) algorithm to constantly learn the user's dream home aesthetic based on their interactions, such as liking a listing. The core feature is a Multi-Modal Chatbot for each property: users can ask detailed questions and receive factual data (like crime rating) using Gemini 3's reasoning and tool-use capabilities. Most critically, users can verbally request structural or aesthetic changes ("add a garden," "change the interior color"), and the app uses Nano Banana Pro's advanced image editing to instantly generate a high-resolution, customized image of the house, feeding these precise visual preferences back into the RL system to perfect the user's feed.
