TicketZero is a recursive AI support engineer that doesn't just propose fixes, but verifies them. Traditional AI support agents repeatedly process entire tickets, logs, and codebases, wasting tokens while often declaring success without proof. TicketZero takes a different approach. Powered by NVIDIA Nemotron models on Crusoe Managed Inference, a parent agent defines success criteria and recursively decomposes complex incidents into smaller, focused investigations. Specialized agents inspect code, analyze logs, retrieve technical information through You.com, and propose targeted fixes. When a solution fails verification, TicketZero can spawn new child investigations instead of restarting from scratch. Isolated workspaces, bounded recursion, and token budgets keep the process controlled. Frozen acceptance tests and an independent verifier evaluate proposed repairs, while unresolved incidents can be escalated with supporting evidence. Our live interface visualizes the recursive task tree, agent activity, token usage, and verification results.
