FruitTree.AI is the observability and recursive learning layer for hackathons. Builders connect any AI coding tool (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, MCP) and opt in to share. A team of NVIDIA Nemotron agents on Crusoe turns their sessions into what organizers and sponsors have never had: not just what teams built, but *how* they built it. Where they got stuck, which sponsor APIs caused friction, what fixed it, and who shipped. The loop is recursive: every fix becomes fruit in a shared brain, eval-gated and fed back into every builder's tools, so one team's fix is every team's head start. Privacy by design: organizers and sponsors see AI summaries, never raw prompts.
