Infrastructure Catalyst

As a licensed Professional Civil Engineer and PMP, I built ICelerate because communication, not engineering, is the bottleneck killing infrastructure projects. Small firms run projects across disconnected spreadsheets, emails, and field apps but can't afford enterprise platforms. ICelerate gives them that intelligence layer. Built with Claude Opus 4.6 and Claude Code, ICelerate ingests PDFs, images, and free-text observations, normalizes them into structured decision events, and generates role-adapted outputs for every stakeholder simultaneously. One field condition produces four stakeholder briefs (executive, financial, engineering, field) in parallel. A Decision Synthesis cross-checks all positions against contract sections to surface dependencies no individual stakeholder would catch. Every output includes contract citations, confidence scoring, and a full audit trail. The system tracks notice deadlines, detects narrative drift, and exports board-ready packages.
