Theseus is a human-facing control plane for an AI-native organization. Such an organization never stops evolving: hundreds of agents and people change how the company works every day, and that is how it gets better. What keeps it from drifting is the founder's goal, rules and culture. But a founder can no longer read every chat to notice when the organization starts moving away from them. Theseus starts with a commitment: the founder confirms the goal, the principles and the culture to protect. In our demo: grow sales while protecting margin; a discount must buy value. Theseus watches what agents and people actually do, flags where behavior may drift from that commitment or where evidence is missing, and proposes one correction on three levels: the agents' rules and memory, the sellers' training, and the environment itself (a required "discount justification" field in the CRM). Nothing activates without the founder approving an exact version and passing checks; every change is versioned, measured and can be rolled back. Built today by a team of AI agents on a real company's sales data: Viveka on OpenAI Codex coordinated the team and built the Deputy CEO agent on Fetch.ai ASI:One; Argon on Gemini 4 Argon via Antigravity built the data import, backend and web app; Muse on Meta models extracted cited evidence and ran scoped SubQ Snap reviews; Setu on Claude Code turned the results into the scenario, pitch and demo video. All 53,431 raw records live in MongoDB Atlas as the organization's memory.
